Spinach Strawberry Salad

This recipe is from my sister Rebecca. It has become a fast favorite! SO delicious!

1 lb. fresh spinach
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
4 oz toasted sliced almonds (you can use Almond Accent brand honey-roasted)

dressing:
1/2 C. sugar
2 Tbs. sesame seeds
1/4 C. red onion, minced
1/4 tps. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 C. Canola Oil
1/4 C. white vinegar

Combine spinach, strawberries and almonds in a large salad bowl. Combine salad dressing ingredients in a glass jar and shake well. Shake dressing each time before pouring on salad ( it will separate). If you are serving the salad for a dinner, wait until the last minute to add the dressing. It is only good for a few hours and then the spinach begins to wilt.
