Banana Freeze

The idea for this concoction came from Joe's Uncle Frank. When you have bananas that are starting to brown, slice them into coin like pieces and then freeze them in a ziploc bag. When you're in the mood for a cold treat- get them out of the freezer. Use at least 3 cups of bananas. Break them apart and blend together in food processor (or blender- our food processor did better!) Add a little bit of milk and a little sugar if you want. I added in half an apple and some blueberries on top. If you serve this immediately it has a similar consistency to ice cream. YUMMY!
