Snickers Bar Cookies

I needed to make cookies for a Young Women's activity. Since we had some Almond Snickers bars- I came up with these. They turned out yummy!

1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. butter
1 C. peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Snickers Brand candy bars

Cream together sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter. Add vanilla and eggs; mix. Add dry ingredients. Cut regular size snickers into twelfths. Roll dough into 1" balls, then roll in sugar. Place balls in mini muffin tin. Bake @375˚ for 6 minutes. Press one piece of snickers into each cookie and bake for 2 min. more. Enjoy! These go fast!

Variation: Use Reese's Peanut Butter Cups instead of Snickers.
Variation: Bake on cookie sheet and press one Hershey's kiss into each cookie
